It’s not really about guessing. If you draw eyes on a guided circle, for example, you can measure how far apart they are from the line that divides the front of the circle. Eventually you can kind of see where that line is in your head without actually drawing it, I guess? But don’t get me wrong, I do sketch when need be, and I used to a lot as well. Maybe a bit more than necessary, but it definitely does help. I think I’m all right at drawing. maybe a 6/10. 10 being where I want to be with my drawing skills.
